This is a rarity in our industry.  With 1,988 customer feedback surveys sent out in the month of September, DBB scored 100% customer satisfaction.  

Catching up on all of our employees' awards from March and April after a very successful President's Club Trip to Savannah, GA.

While February is a short month, there was no shortage of commitment and effort in customer service by our DBB Family.

We recently wrapped up 2022, kicked off 2023 and celebrated our 50th Anniversary at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, PA

2023 is ringing in a new year filled with a brand new theme and new awards for our DBB Family when it comes to providing customer service excellence.

With the holiday season behind us now, we are excited to announce and celebrate our amazing DBB Family members who shone brightly in December.

November is a month for giving thanks and being grateful.  We are truly blessed at Doing Better Business.

October kicks off the fourth quarter for many businesses, including ours.   We applaud and cheer for our outstanding team members driving us down the field. 

Anne Winters née Jessop has returned to Doing Better Business as a Business Relationship Manager in our Hagerstown, MD office.

We always love September because it means back to school and we get to reconnect with our many school district customers and friends.
