Anne Winters née Jessop has returned to Doing Better Business as a Business Relationship Manager in our Hagerstown, MD office.

Anne has 27 years of experience in the office equipment, document services, and technology services industry and is excited to be backed up again by our award-winning services team, who recently earned a Net Promoter Score rating of 98.8%, while the average score for similar service providers in Maryland is 81.7%.
Many of our DBB clients will remember Anne from her previous work with us as a Major Account Manager. Anne left in 2017 to work with Advantage Technology in WVA to gain more experience and insight in the Managed IT Services space.
Anne is passionate about helping her clients improve their business processes and workflows and finding which technologies will best enable them to do better business. She is happy to be able to provide the Ricoh product line again and in addition, she also has Sharp and HP in her portfolio. Having access to more than one product line will enable her to provide a more comprehensive Managed Print Services program.
In addition, she is very excited about our growth in Document Management Services and especially at having partners like Laserfiche, Docuware, Content Central and Ricoh Professional Scanning Services to help our clients.
Anne is also active in the community and volunteers for local non-profits. She particularly cares for services for children and families in need.
