September Stars Shine

We always love September because it means back to school and we get to reconnect with our many school district customers and friends.  


Of course, this year there was a little trepidation due to COVID-19 and our fears of what would happen once everyone returned to the classroom.   We continue to applaud our DBB Family for their resilience, commitment to customer service excellence and determination to keep moving all of us forward. 

Here are our award winners for september 2021:




For the month of September, Jen Ford blew everyone away in terms of accolades from customers and fellow team members.  She clearly earned our Master Chef of the Month cooking up Customer Service Excellence Award which corresponds with our President's Club Trip to Savannah, GA.  

Winners each month come from our third party administered customer surveys and from nominations from fellow team members.   

Jen is a not only a member of our First Touch Team but she is one of our Lead Dispatchers, coordinating the best routes and quickest available technicians for our customers to deliver speedy service.  

In fact, we had several customers write in about Jen being able to fix their issue right over the telephone rather than having to send a technician to the office.   

Barbara from The Law Offices of Edward Kochuba said "Thanks to Jen, she caught that I ordered the wrong toner and called me to make sure. That's great customer service!"

Congratulations to Eric Price, a Field Service Technician in our Altoona, PA office.  Eric is the winner of our Pros Elite Technician of the month of September.  The Pros Elite honor is determined based on a calculation of several service metrics we report to Pros Elite each month to maintain our company's status as a Pros Elite 100 dealer.  Congratulations to Eric for his outstanding performance, he not only repaired the equipment but he did so on the first call (highest first call efficiency metric) and had the lowest number of callbacks. 

Not only is Eric efficient at service but is quite helpful to our sales team.  Patty from Hollidaysburg Borough wrote in and said "Eric provided useful information to the Borough Manager regarding purchasing new equipment."

We repeatedly receive nice comments about Eric's professionalism.  Thank you, Eric, and keep up the great work!

Ray NoonanRay Noonan, our National Account Specialist, is on fire this year and is our Business Relationship. Manager of the Month again. 

Ray is based in our Pittsburgh, PA office and once again was at the top of the charts for number of sales and also bringing in new clients. 

Thank you, Ray, for your efforts and continued service.   We appreciate all you do especially as the shortages have made getting some new equipment difficult.  


Thank you to all of our DBB Family for their hard work and heroic efforts to support our customers and help grow our business.   We are truly blessed to have such a talented team.
