Even with loads of competition, our DBB team performed countless miracles for our customers in August.  We are happy to announce the following August award winners.

As temperatures soared, so did our DBB family members.  The economy is definitely coming back to 2019 levels and our amazing team delivered.

Breaking records in June, our DBB Family was incredibly busy helping both old and new customers in doing better business.  Even with a world wide shortage of equipment due to numerous factors that you can read about here, our rockstar team was able to deliver.    Continue reading to see who is being honored this month for customer service excellence.

May was a busy month at Doing Better Business.  It was nice to see many businesses returning 100% back to work.  The following DBB Family members were awarded top honors in May for delivering customer service excellence.

We are currently experiencing delivery delays due to world-wide supply chain disruptions resulting from COVID-19 related labor shortages, unprecedented shipping volumes and a recent fire in a chip manufacturing plant in China. These disruptions have mainly impacted A4 equipment availability.

The term MPS, Managed Print Services, is not a new concept.  It has been 11 years since we won MPS Dealer of the Year from the Managed Print Services Association.  However, the percentage of transactional printers in the typical office still remains high.
