Doing Better Business' Reponse to COVID-19

Pennsylvania Governor Wolf has ordered all non-life-sustaining businesses in Pennsylvania to close their physical locations.  You can be assured,  DBB is following all guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO), the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local government officials.

We have closed three of our six office locations and have many of our staff working from home.   Because of our remote business solutions,  we are still able to conduct meetings with our clients from home.

Three of our warehouse locations are remaining open to support our life-sustaining clients, with the bare minimum staff.   We will continue to evaluate this over the next few days.  Our top concern is the health and well-being of our employees, our clients and their employees and the communities where we do business.

Please be aware, we have discontinued our after hours service program during this time.

If you require supplies or service,  please  email firsttouch@doingbetterbusiness.com

When visiting your location, our Service Technician will clean your machine prior to working on it, and they will clean it prior to their departure for the health and safety of your employees.  Along with their large stock of parts on board their vehicles, our Service Technicians also have a kit of cleaning supplies to ensure they leave your devices as clean as possible.  Service Technicians use many different cleaning techniques and tools including rubbing alcohol, lint-free cloths, canned air spray and vacuums.

Only deliveries and installations to Life-Sustaining Clients will continue as required, with added measures in place to ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned prior to entering your facilities.   If your facility requires any additional protective measures such as the wearing of masks or gloves or any other special precautions, please let us know so we can accommodate your policies accordingly.

Our focus remains on meeting the needs of our clients, while keeping our employees, our clients' employees, their families and our communities safe.  This situation is evolving, please understand we will be making changes as necessary.    Please check out our other blogs on the options available for work-from-home equipment and other helpful tips to keep your business running safely and efficiently.
