We are so happy to announce, Marc Segal, with over 25 years of experience helping businesses in our region with business process and workflow optimization utilizing cloud solutions, has chosen to join the DBB Family as our Solutions Architect.
Marc Segal is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
Marc's evolution in helping clients do better business started in backfile scanning solutions and designing custom hosted Voice over IP Solutions (VOIP) in our central Pennsylvania region.
As his career advanced he spent some time with both Ricoh and Toshiba honing his skills in early Document Management systems. He has designed countless custom workflows to help clients improve their response times and eliminate roadblocks and bottlenecks to improve their customer service.
As we continue to invest in Design Engineers with Laserfiche, we are excited about the talent Marc's experience with Laserfiche forms and workflows will bring to our team. eForms are a great way for our clients to improve processes within their organizations. Marc has designed processes to speed up accounts receivable, assist human resources with onboarding and never lose leads from online web submissions.
Marc spent time with Polygon, a leader in Document Management and Restoration, developing cloud storage and SaaS workflows. This provided him more opportunities to learn even more about how various equipment and platforms work in different scenarios.
Marc has achieved numerous certifications and awards over the years, including his Certified Document Imaging Architect from CDIA.
